State police at Bethlehem are investigating the theft of a vehicle from a site in Lehigh County.

Troopers said on Jan. 27 they were contacted by the loss prevention supervisor for U-Haul located in Wilkes-Barre. The troopers were told a motor vehicle, a 2020 Chevrolet, was stolen from a local business, Cherryville Service Station, located at 8763 Route 873.

The vehicle was subsequently located by Palmerton police in their borough.

The investigation is continuing.
