The majority of our politicians are trying to resolve our nation’s problems with ineffective and superficial solutions. There are many evils; foremost the Democrats seeking to remake America through an atheistic “Venezuelazation” aided by a disturbing number of liberal politicians, lawyers and judges.

Many hopes are with the midterm elections, but are our existing political parties the real remedy for our present dilemma? History proves otherwise.

Pope Leo XIII asserted, “That governments on earth should be the overflow of the kingdom of Christ in Heaven. The adversaries of the institution of kingship of Our Lord Jesus Christ on earth purposely distort the words of the Divine Master when He stated, “My kingdom is not of this earth.” They make it seem that His kingship is an exclusively spiritual kingship over souls and not a social kingship over peoples, nations and governments.

Our democratic way of governing separated Christ’s laws from our political and social institutions. Before the French Revolution, all countries had political and social institutions based on the vigor of Christian customs; afterward an artificial and revolutionary “new system of law” was despotically implanted all over the world.

This “new system of law” prepared our nation for the chains that bind it to the tyrannical monster America is fighting today by the shifting of the law from the will of God expressed by natural law and revelation, to corrupt politicians who govern over legislative bodies forcing society to accept and tolerate many evils through the false belief of total liberty.

The good news is that many Americans with faith are pushing back against what’s taking place throughout our country.

The road we must choose is for Americans to boldly and unashamedly dream of a full return to God in our culture revealed by Pope Leo XIII.

We can be the solution for all of our problems simply by choosing to unite ourselves fully with God by requesting from Him the grace of wisdom.

Then He will assist us in creating a whole new type of conservative leadership that will organically acknowledge and implement the social kingship of Christ in our culture and government.
