State police at Frackville

State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents:

• On Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. troopers were called to the Country Inn & Suites, 100 Keystone Blvd. East, Pottsville, Cass Township, for a report of theft of services.

Troopers said Brian Sullin, 39, of Hazle Township, Luzerne County, used a fake gift certificate and fake hotel voucher at the inn. The victim of the gift certificate was listed as Ashland Pizza Food Delivery, with a loss of $38.43. The inn’s loss was listed as $308.58 for a one-night stay.

• On Jan. 26 at 3:50 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2008 Hyundai at South Line and Chestnut streets, in Frackville. At the stop one of the passengers, Dillon Fogarty, 29, of Ashland, provided false identification. It was also learned that he had an active felony warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody on the warrant and transported to the county prison in Pottsville. He was also charged with false identification to law enforcement.
