State police at Schuylkill Haven have cited a Schuylkill County man for simple trespass.

Troopers said on Wednesday they were dispatched to Ridge Road in Wayne Township to investigate a trespass incident. On scene, a 51-year-old male from Summit Station, reported that Joseph Greene, 52, of Schuylkill Haven, was on his property and asked to leave. The victim said Greene threatened him with physical harm if he called police.

Greene was cited.
