Summit Hill Christians celebrated the arrival of the Magi with a service in St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Hosted by St. Joseph and St. Stanislaus Catholic parishes, the parishioners were joined by members of four other churches in the community.

Among those present were the Rev. Harry McElroy of the First Presbyterian Church of the Panther Valley; the Rev. Bill Kreichbaum of the United Methodist Church; the Rev. Bill Ellsworth of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ; and Emma Weaver of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Hosting the event were the Rev. James Torpey, pastor of the two Catholic churches, and Deacon George LaPolice.
