Repairs to the Coaldale Complex roof were tabled last week after council opened the lone bid received for the project.

The bid was from Gonzalez Home Improvements, Nesquehoning, for $162,500.

Council decided to table any action on the bid so that council members could look over the bid information.

The former Coaldale High School building, a problem for several years, developed new leaks last summer.

The borough has been looking at grants, loans and fundraisers.
