• Commissioner Chris Lukasevich reported that the U.S. Treasury has finally come out with its final rules regarding how the American Rescue Plan funds can be used. This means that the county will now begin looking at how they can best utilize the funds to serve the county and citizens.

Lukasevich said there is more flexibility in the approved uses for the money counties received.

• Lukasevich also spoke about an upcoming parking validation program that will be implemented for county offices in the near future.

He said Scott Pompa, the parking administrator, is in contact with the kiosk company to figure out the final details.
