Wind chill advisory in effect tonight, Saturday

A wind chill advisory remains in effect from 10 p.m., today through 10 a.m. The temperatures and wind will cause issues Saturday night too.

Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected tonight.

The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Today: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 37. Breezy, with a north wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 4. Wind chill values as low as -12. Blustery, with a north wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 16. Wind chill values as low as -12. North wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 2. Wind chill values as low as -6. North wind around 5 mph.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 23. Light and variable wind becoming east 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
