State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks were summoned at 10:11 a.m. Dec. 20 to the scene of an attempted burglary.

It happened at Schaeffer Motorsports, Centre Turnpike, West Brunswick Township.

Police said between 1:30-2 a.m. Dec. 19 someone attempted to enter the business.

He was seen wearing what appeared to be a yellow hazmat suit, police said.

Police are also investigating a burglary that was reported to them at 9:57 a.m. Dec. 20.

It happened at a business along the Centre Turnpike in West Brunswick Township. The victim is a 65-year-old Auburn man.

Police said the break-in took place between 5:30 p.m. Dec. 19 and 10 a.m. Dec. 20.
