The West Penn Township Police Department received a monetary donation from Barbara Stegmeier in memory of her husband, Bob Stegmeier. Bob served the West Penn community for many years in different ways. The department purchased seven “Guardian Angel” safety lights with the $1,000 to help protect its officers.
