St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, 9 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, has announced its schedule of services for the Christmas season.

It is as follows:

Tonight: Great Compline Service and carols, 9 o’clock.

Friday: Divine Liturgy of Christmas Day, 10 a.m.

Saturday: Divine Liturgy or the Synaxis of the Birthgiver of God, 10 a.m.

Sunday: Divine Liturgy for the Feast of St. Stephen, deacon and first martyr of the church, 10 a.m.

Jan. 13: Great Vespers with Litia for the feast of the Circumcision of the Lord and the Feast of St. Basil, 3:30 p.m.

Jan. 14: Divine Liturgy for the Feast of the Circumcision of Christ and the Feast of St. Basil, 10 a.m.
