Year-end business occupied directors of the Carbon-Schuylkill Industrial Development Corporation at last night’s meeting in the Edgemont Lodge, Lansford.

President Edward Michalik of Summit Hill named representatives of the four Panther Valley towns to serve on the nominating committee for 1970 officers who will be elected in January.

Named to that committee are Mrs. Evelyn Gaydos, Coaldale, Joseph Snoha, Summit Hill, John Stanko, Lansford, and Eugene Watto, Nesquehoning.

The corporation’s executive secretary, Dick Hoben, and its solicitor, attorney George M.D. Richards, provided updates on matters pertaining to the Panther Valley Industrial Park.
