Dear Lehighton residents,

I am very disturbed by the way people are being too quick to judge (in a bad way) the new directors on the Lehighton school board. I believe sometimes it will seem that you are going backward rather than forward when trying to make change, but very soon you will see that change. I believe that it is happening here at the Lehighton school board.

I have openly endorsed newly elected directors Barb, Wally, Joy and Kerry; they are all awesome people. They would not be where they are if they didn’t care, and had the interest of the students and taxpayers as their first priority. As Well as Jeremy, and April … both parents of children in the school district, trust me they wouldn’t be there if they didn’t care! Especially when having kids in the district.

My last thought here is that I don’t think it is very productive to listen to past administration’s commentary, especially when all they have to say are negative comments. Be transparent, my fellow Lehighton residents. Don’t be too quick to judge!
