The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corp. announce the grand re-opening and ribbon cutting at The Jim Christman Team Mega Agent Office, located at 362 Delaware Avenue in Palmerton on Dec. 15. The agency opened in 2012 as The Jim Christman Team, Keller Williams and has grown over the years.

The expansion will positively impact the agency by allowing for room to grow and add new agents and team members. Currently staffed with six licensed agents and two administrative assistants, he agency is also hiring two new buyers agents.

Jim Christman, owner, has been in the real estate business for 30 years and is excited to see the continued growth.

“We were blessed to have the arrangement Keller Williams set us up in as it gave us the opportunity to be a business center for them in concert with what we already built” he said. “Adding their amazing systems and models to our experience and local expertise as an independent brokerage was a marriage made in heaven. It almost worked “too good” as it fostered explosive growth over the last nine years, not just the last two. One of the cornerstones of the Keller Williams culture is “win-win” partnerships.”
