December 2, 1969 - Tony Choy scores a game-high 24 points to help Palmerton gain a 73-66 victory over Hellertown in Art George’s first game as head coach of the Blue Bombers. Choy nets seven points in the second quarter, as does Randy Stubits, as Palmerton breaks a tie after the first frame to gain a 10-point halftime lead. Darryl Roberts tallies all 12 of his points in the second half to keep the Bombers ahead. Stubits finishes the contest with 11 points and 11 rebounds, while Reggie Hernandez contributes nine points and eight boards. The winners also receive nine points from Tom Naab.
