At the Nov. 18 Kidder Township meeting, supervisors approved a $2,225,672 budget with no tax increase.
Supervisors also conditionally approved the proposed Richard Henry Partners warehouse on Route 940.
Builder RGB asked for a waiver of a wetlands buffer to build a home on a Split Rock property. This was granted.
The preliminary land development for the Mountain Laurel Resort was withdrawn as the developers plan to submit a whole new one.
The amended Certificate of Occupancy and the revised Emergency Services Fund ordinances were approved, and will now take effect.
Roadmaster Bruce Berger reported that the township truck is “ready for winter.”
Township Manager Suzanne Brooks said that the proposed 2022 budget will be posted onto the township website, or residents can stop by the municipal office to look over a paper copy. She also congratulated the re-elected supervisors.
In public comment, Lake Harmony Volunteer Fire Company fire Chief Ralph Lennon invited people to donate unwrapped toys to the Ronald McDonald House by dropping them off at the fire company by Dec. 5.
