Wind advisory: Gusts up to 45 mph expected today
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory in effect from 1 p.m. to 4 a.m. Saturday.
Northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
The strongest winds will occur across the higher and more exposed elevations.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

Today: A chance of rain showers before 11 a.m., then a chance of rain and snow showers between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., then a slight chance of snow showers after 2 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Breezy, with a west wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Sunday: A chance of snow showers before 1 p.m., then a chance of rain showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
