The Board of Directors of Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. declared a dividend of 16 cents per share payable on Dec. 31, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1. This action brings the annual dividend rate to 32 cents per share.

Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. is the parent company of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, a community bank with seven offices in Carbon and Schuylkill County.

On Sept. 30, the corporation had total assets of $612.5 million and shareholders’ equity of $48.7 million.

Incorporated in 1902, Mauch Chunk Trust is the successor institution to the Second National Bank of Mauch Chunk established in 1864.
