Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Tabled the Lehigh Valley Hospital traffic signal easement on the Beck property.

• Tabled the Lehigh Valley Hospital Pennsylvania Department of Transportation LOC release.

• Tabled the Wendy’s professional fees escrow and letter of credit release.

• Approved the Wendy’s parking lot release and indemnification agreement.

• Tabled the Watkins Architect Professional Agreement.

• Tabled action on a fireworks ordinance.

• Agreed to amend the traffic ordinance to make Church Road one-way south from Beaver Street to Pine Street, and add no-parking signs as per the dimensions provided, and change 65 feet to 40 feet for no parking to the corner.

• Authorized township engineer Peter Eisenbrown to prepare specs for the township’s 2022 Community Development Block Grant project for Center Road.

• Advertised public notice of intent to appoint Kirk, Summa & Co LLP, to perform the 2021 audit.
