Hickel gets a large portion of his yards on one attempt, as he breaks loose for an 87-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. The Olympians, coached by George Yaniger, also receive a 28-yard scoring pass from Tony Wolfe to Todd Emmert. Thorpe’s Jim Snyder recovers a pair of fumbles on defense, while Greg Lazorick knocks down a Nativity pass in the closing seconds to preserve the win.
