The annual Forty Hours celebration of St. Joseph and St. Stanislaus Catholic churches, Summit Hill, afforded the parish family the opportunity to recognize three members of the churches for what the parish priest called “selfless service.”

Keeping the tradition that started seven years ago, the Rev. James Torpey, pastor, made presentations to the honorees at the conclusion of the traditional Forty Hours program. He presented Apostolic Blessings upon Mary Ann Szczecina of St. Stanislaus Church, and Loretta Bonner of St. Joseph Church, while presenting a statue of St. Joseph to John Lisella, a student at Marian High School.
