The Panther Valley Citizens Advisory Committee elected officers at the group’s second meeting at the Panther Valley High School.

The Rev. Wilbur Albright, pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Summit Hill, was elected president. Other officers include Edward Kochaba of Hauto Valley Estates, vice president, and Mrs. John Sluck, Nesquehoning, secretary.

Albright appointed a committee to draft the organization’s bylaws to be presented at the December meeting. Serving on that committee are Mrs. John Evans, Mrs. Francis Greek and Al Sword.
