November 2, 1993 - Eric Schrantz throws for 288 yards and three touchdowns to help rally Jim Thorpe to a 21-14 victory over Nativity. The Olympians, coached by Adam Sieminski, trail 14-0 midway through the second quarter before starting the comeback. Schrantz connects with Gary Storer on a 39-yard scoring toss late in the first half to reduce the deficit. Thorpe ties the contest early in the fourth as Schrantz and Mike Davis combine on a 41-yard tally. With 3:30 left, Schrantz flips a middle screen to Brad Sibbach, who races 75 yards for the winning score. Defensively, Mike Gruber contributes an interception and a sack.
