Kozicki opens the scoring midway through the first half, converting on a high ball in the box. He then delivers a pass to Eddie Fernandes in the goal mouth, and Fernandes converts to double the lead. Fernandes registers his second goal of the contest, which is played in a wintry mix of snow and rain, in the second half to secure the win and a berth in the finals.
