Support Boni for Clerk of Courts

Dear Editor,

I’m writing to you about a story. It all began on Jan. 6, 2020, when Tyra Boni was sworn in as Clerk of Courts. In just 22 months, her team tackled what many before them failed to do. The office was physically cleaned, backlogs cleared, old processes updated, budgets reduced, records set for highest payments collected, and $2.21 million in payments disbursed to those rightfully owed! One more time, $2.21 MILLION! So what changed? Well, folks, leadership! Proven leadership! Someone had a vision, set plans in place, worked side by side with her team daily, and got the job done! That’s quite the list for less than two years’ time. Did they even stop to sleep or eat?!

OK, in all seriousness, Tyra’s a candidate that handled this campaign with grace in the face of adversity and remained faithful to the genuine and honest person she is. At the end of the day, I know that Tyra Boni is a candidate for the people, not the establishment, and she will always continue to fight for what’s right! She has repeatedly demonstrated fiscal responsibility, and she’s fulfilled her promise to clean up the mess!

Nearing the end of this election season, I couldn’t be prouder of this campaign, and we all couldn’t be happier to cheer her on to the finish! We love you, Mom! Growing up in the Boni household, Dad always gave the best “give it your all” pep talks, and they always ended with, “The ‘B’ in Boni is for BIG, and we go BIG or go home!” So, please join the Boni family and the rest of Team Tyra in going BIG on Nov. 2!

Sincerely,

Miranda Wommer
