Summit Hill police log

Summit Hill Police released information about the following cases:

• A Summit Hill woman has been charged by police in that borough on one count of simple assault and three counts of harassment.

Chief Todd Woodward said Samantha Kulp, 24, of 305 E. Hazard St., was charged for allegedly assaulting two children and an adult on Oct. 18 at her residence.

• Police are also investigating the theft of a motorcycle that was reported to them on Oct. 12. The 1982 Kawasaki 650, black in color, was taken from 120 N. Oak St. The cycle had a PA plate No. 3VG20 on it when it was stolen.

• Woodward said police were also called on Oct. 7 to investigate a hit-and-run accident. It happened at 110 E. Walter St. and involved a flatbed tractor trailer with a black cab on it. Police said the incident caused yard damage.

• Police charged Glen Wagner, 38, of Coaldale, with harassment after an incident on Oct. 1 at 228 W. Ludlow St.

• On Sept. 24, police were called to an unruly person report at the Lansford Townhouses. The response resulted in Lennon Ross, 33, last known address being 407 Lansford Court, being charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
