State police at the Frackville barracks reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers on Schuylkill County roadways.

• A crash occurred at 7 p.m. on Oct. 12 along Tuscarora Mountain Road in Ryan Township. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Austin M. Wilmot, 19, of Tamaqua. Three 16-year-old teen boys were passengers. No one was injured.

Troopers did not release any other details of the crash.

• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 4:37 p.m. on Oct. 9 along the Morea Road, at the intersection with South Green Street, in West Mahanoy Township.

Troopers said Christopher A. Grustas, 27, of Locustdale, was operating a 2008 Honda CBR motorcycle eastbound and saw a vehicle at a stop sign on South Green Street. He said he thought the vehicle was going to pull out and he applied his brakes and laid the bike down on its right side. The other vehicle never entered Morea Road. The bike hit the asphalt surface.

Grustas had cuts to his right hand and right ankle. He was treated at the scene by emergency medical personnel. He was wearing protective gear at the time, troopers said.

• Another one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:07 p.m. on Oct. 9 along Interstate 81 in Delano Township. Troopers said Joanna Soriano, 28, of Shenandoah, was driving a 2007 Honda Civic in the right lane and attempted to enter the left lane. As she entered the lane she saw another vehicle in the lane causing her to swerve back into the right lane. At this point the Civic left the road and struck the guide rail along the west shoulder.

Soriano was not injured. Troopers said she will receive two traffic citations as a result of the crash.
