Josh Suto captured Palmerton’s first individual District 11 title in over 20 years Tuesday, shooting a one-under par 71 in Class 2A competition at Steel Club in Hellertown. The feat highlighted a day that saw Palmerton win its third straight district championship as a team, topping runner-up Allentown Central Catholic 308-328.
