State police at Bethlehem are investigating a theft in Lehigh County.

Troopers said Brenda Skepton, 47, of Slatedale, reported someone entered her unlock 1996 Toyota Camry, opened the hood and removed the battery and related fuses.

The incident occurred while the vehicle was parked in the area of 4102 Main St., Washington Township, on Sept. 28. Value of the battery was set at $100 and the fuses at $50.
