Police from around the area are on scene at a standoff in Coaldale.

Reports coming in are the man in question is a suspect in a homicide in Allentown that occurred early this morning. He then fled back to his home along Fisher Avenue in Coaldale.

Police have the area surrounding the residence blocked off at this time.

Panther Valley Middle School and Junior-Senior High School are currently on lock down.
