State police at Frackville

State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents in Schuylkill County:

• On Sept. 19 at 2:28 p.m. troopers responded to South Maple Avenue in Cass Township for a report of a disturbance/noise complaint. A 61-year-old man from Schuylkill Haven and Jeffrey Leonard, 52, of Minersville, became involved in a physical altercation. As a result Leonard was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

• On Sept. 21 at 8:27 p.m. troopers responded to Dorest Road at Blue Mountain Drive in West Penn Township for a disturbance. Troopers spoke with a 17-year-old male from Tamaqua and a 15-year-old female from Andreas. The victims were confronted by an unknown man passing by in his pickup truck while parked in a dirt lot. During the confrontation damage was incurred to the front windshield and the rear driver side window of the victim’s vehicle.

The man was identified as David Knoedler, 51, of Andreas. Troopers said he was charged with harassment.

• On Sept. 4 at 2:13 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Delano Township. The driver of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee was identified as Michael Biscotti, 21, of Brooklyn, New York. He was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Charges were filed.
