A male driver was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a crash in Towamensing Township. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in a driveway in the 1000 block of Church Road. Reports from the scene were the Jeep rolled, coming to rest on its wheels in front of the residence.

The driver received serious injuries being treated at the scene by members of the Palmerton ambulance and Lehighton paramedics before being transported to a Lehigh Valley area trauma center.

State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
