The event will take place on Oct. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hill Top Community Center, located at 114 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill.

Historical society

The Nesquehoning Historical Society Museum is now open for visits on the first Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to noon.

The building is located at 157 W. Railroad St., in Nesquehoning. There is no charge, however, donations are welcome.

There will also be a membership meeting on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
