Tom Slover blocks one of the punts, which is returned by Ron Hill for a touchdown, intercepts a pass and hauls in a 47-yard toss from Tom Butterworth to set up a score. Tom Rottet also blocks a punt, while Chris Boyer recovers a pair of fumbles. The Blue Raiders, coached by Tom Bonner, allow just nine rushing yards in the win. Butterworth throws a 10-yard TD pass to A.J. Caldonetti, with Garth Lakitsky and Rottet adding scoring runs.
