Schuylkill County Coroner Dr. David J. Moylan III identified Thursday’s motorcycle victim as Gregory Caulkin, 20, of Pottsville.

Moylan said a post-mortem CAT scan was done at the Simon Kramer Cancer Institute Friday at 5:45 p.m. and concluded at 6:15 p.m.

He said Caulkin died of “internal hemorrhage due to blunt force trauma to the head, chest and legs.”

Police said he was killed when he collided with a tractor-trailer in Schuylkill County. The 5:19 p.m. crash took place near Route 901 and near Interstate 81.

Deputy Coroner Albert Barnes pronounced Caulkin dead.
