The Master Watershed Stewards of Berks and Schuylkill counties would like to invite the public to join them at Cacoosing Meadows Park, 3286 State Hill Road, Reading, on Saturday at 9 a.m. in planting a riparian buffer. A total of 90 native shrubs will be planted along Cacoosing Creek and additional volunteers are needed to help with this effort. Please bring your own shovels and gloves. Rain date is Sunday.
