A 36-year-old Effort man is facing drug possession charges after state police at the Stroudsburg barracks received information that the man was using drugs in a public bathroom in East Stroudsburg.

Police were called to East Brown and Prospect streets at 1:23 a.m. Sept. 9 and found the man to be in possession of heroin and methamphetamine which was seized
