Hometown Fire Company hosts children’s event

The Hometown Fire Company will be hosting a Halloween children’s event on Oct. 2 at 10 a.m.

“We are really excited to host another children’s event after having great success with our Easter Bunny painting in the spring of 2019. The children really enjoyed showing off their creativity with their work of art,” said Lori Kane, vice president of the Hometown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

Tracy Picht from Sycamore Kula will guide the children in making their own scarecrow 8-by-10 canvas masterpiece. The cost is $15 per child and includes a hot dog, drink and special treat.

Preregistration is required by calling Cindy at 570-668-5028.

There is a limit of 40 participants.
