The East Penn board of supervisors conducted the following business Monday night:

• One resident filed a well exemption request asking to put a well within 100 feet of their septic system. Members of the board decided not to make any decisions regarding the matter until they had conferred with solicitor Robert Frycklund, who was not present at the meeting.

• A motion was passed regarding a Dollar General bond release request, authorizing the release of remaining financial security to developers.

• Members of the board nominated Chairman William Schwab as a contact person to discuss issues with parking at Riverview Park.
