State police at the Lehighton barracks said the driver of a 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle that crashed at 5:11 a.m. July 20 on the Forest Inn Road in Lower Towamensing Township will face charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police did not provide the name of the cyclist nor any details concerning the mishap.
