Judgment entered

JMMMPC Co., Clearfield, filed a judgment against Barry Simmons, 1361 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton, seeking $5,829.36. The original judgment was entered in Lehigh County and transferred to Carbon County.

Loan default

First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, 2752 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, filed an action against James J. Jackson, 105 White Birch Rd., Lehighton, alleging he defaulted on a loan and security agreement. Sought is $5,337.98 plus interest, costs and fees.

Mortgage foreclosure
