A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 11:13 p.m. on July 23 at Lower Macungie Road at Church Lane, in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2018 Honda Accord.

A further investigation revealed the driver, Khaled Husain, 41, of Palmerton, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges will be filed.
