Central Catholic erupted for six runs in the top of the fourth inning en route to an 11-6 win over Jim Thorpe.

Hosak was 3-for-4 with four RBIs for Central, while Jones added a pair of hits,including a triple, knocked in three runs and scored twice. Kraslis also had two hits with an RBI and two runs scored.

Chip Baldassano was 2-for-3 with two runs scored for Jim Thorpe. Jack Edwards (double) added two hits, an RBI and scored a run, and Casey McArdle collected a hit and two RBIs.
