Musikfest announces food vendors for this year’s event

The nation’s largest free music festival, Musikfest, is proud to welcome more than 30 food vendors to the fest taking place in person Aug. 6-15 in Bethlehem.

The foods of the fest are second only to the music, and patrons have been feasting for nearly 40 years. This year, ArtsQuest is proud to announce an array of food and beverage options, including festival favorites, hot new vendors and dishes from ArtsQuest’s new restaurant Palette & Pour.

Foodies will be happy to see the return of the “a-maize-ing” staple Aw Shucks Roasted Corn at multiple locations. Lehigh Valley-based Chick’nCone, everyone’s favorite fork-free chicken & waffles, will also return. Noodle lovers can fill up on their favorite dishes from Island Noodles. The Flying V will also be back with a variety of the Canadian comfort food, poutine.

Mouthwatering new food vendors will include The Bagel Bus, which will be serving delicious bagel creations. Dinky’s Ice Cream will be joining the mix with milkshakes and delicious dairy desserts. Pat’s Pizza & Bistro will be on site with exciting Italian dishes, such as meatballs on a stick and orecchiette marinara burrata.

The Philly Waffle Cabin will be offering Belgian waffles with assorted toppings for festgoers to enjoy. Randevoo will be serving modern Asian fusion dishes and Simply Skewered will be offering various skewer options including Frango churrasco and São Paulo Korean beef.

Hungry festgoers can fill up on Cuban pressed sandwiches along with loaded Yucca fries, sweet plantains and Cuban nachos from Cubano X-Press. Anyone with a sweet tooth will want to try some tasty treats from Le Petit Macaron.

ArtsQuest’s Palette & Pour, the new kitchen and bar inside the ArtsQuest Center, will be serving delicious dishes to festgoers for the first time. Menu items will include loaded pierogies, Levy’s signature half-pound burgers, the impossible burger, AQ brined Buffalo wings, the Cluckery chicken sandwich, build-your-own tacos and more.

The new Pour Bar on the Air Products Town Square will have something for everyone, including house crafted cocktails like the Founders Way Margarita prepared with Cazadores Reposado, the P&P Mojito made with Bacardi Lime Rum and the Fire Bridge Lemonade prepared with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire.

Musikfest fans will also be able to fill up their Musikfest mug with one of the more than 20 beers on tap including all Yuengling Drafts.

Central Tap, the new bar outside the ArtsQuest Center, will be offering Yuengling and other draft beers, along with house-crafted cocktails and a large variety of liquors and mixed drinks.

Festgoers can stop by The Mack Truck Stop and the Air Products Town Square Market will be offering grab-and-go options.

Vendors are subject to change. Additions will be announced throughout the summer.
