A Danielsville man found with ghost gun parts is also charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the case against Kenneth Wilson:
On June 24, Pavlik executed a lawful search warrant at a residence in the 3200 block of Mountain View Drive.
At 6:05 a.m., the warrant was served and the following items were seized: about 1.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine; about 294 grams of marijuana; assorted drug paraphernalia including multiple digital scales and empty drug packaging; multiple plastic containers with crystal methamphetamine residual; three firearms, one being a Para Ordnance .45-caliber pistol; $1,140 in cash, including prerecorded buy money; three ghost gun frames (uncompleted); and two 3D printers used for printing firearms components.
A field test conducted on a random sample of the 1.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine provided a positive reaction, indicating the presence of crystal methamphetamine.
Wilson faces charges on two counts each of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance; along with one count each of persons not to possess firearms and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities.
He is currently incarcerated in the Northampton County Prison in lieu of $500,000 monetary bail.
He was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Thursday before District Judge Robert A. Hawke of Walnutport, but the case was moved. No date has been set.
