Hallman, who allows a first-inning run before pitching six scoreless frames, walks three and strikes out four. Tyler Harris knocks in a pair of runs for the Chargers, coached by Brad Rauch, while Kirk Bender collects a pair of hits and an RBI. Northern Valley, which posts three runs in the first, also receive a hit and run scored from Jake Kern, Zach Palansky and Kris Seiler.
