State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents investigated by troopers.
• On June 6 at 3:48 a.m. troopers responded to a reported crash along Hunter Street at Broad Street in Nesquehoning. The driver, identified as Isahiah Odom, 31, of Lehighton, was not injured. Troopers said he was found to be under the influence and is facing a DUI of alcohol charge.
• On May 21 at 12:39 a.m. troopers stopped a 2008 Dodge Ram truck at Hemlock Street and Cherry Hill Road in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, for several traffic violations. The driver, Charles Snyder, 47, of Palmerton, was found to be DUI and in possession of controlled substances.
• On June 9 at 3:01 a.m. troopers responded to the area of 106 Lake Road in Ross Township, Monroe County, for an active domestic incident. A 45-year-old woman from Saylorsburg to have several injuries. As a result Charles Walker, 45, of Bethlehem, was charged with simple assault and related counts.
• On May 24, at 1:06 a.m. troopers found Tyler Harz, 25, of Kunkletown in a 1998 Chevrolet Astro van parked at routes 209 and 715, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, with the engine running.
He was placed under arrest for DUI of a controlled substance. Troopers said he had contraband and drug paraphernalia in the truck.
