State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.
• A two-vehicle crash was reported at 11:29 a.m. on May 31 along Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said identified the drivers involved as Brian L. Strohl, 42, of Lansford, and Laurel L. Arbaugh, 28, of Effort. No other details concerning the crash were released by troopers.
• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 2:50 p.m. on June 6 along Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Cody A. Hunsicker, 21, of Palmerton, was driving a 2016 Harley-Davidson motorcycle eastbound at the off ramp and was negotiating a left curve. Troopers said he was going too fast for conditions and lost control of the bike, which began to slide on its left side into the right guard rail.
Hunsicker suffered minor injuries but did not require immediate medical attention. The bike was towed.
• A crash occurred at 3:49 p.m. on June 1 along Gilbert Road in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said Donna L. Butler, 41, of Effort, driving a 2004 Honda Odyssey, was pulling out of a parking lot when her vehicle sideswiped a 2019 Nissan Frontier driven by David E. Davis, 47, of Gilbert, who was stopped for a red traffic light.
No injuries were reported. Butler was cited for not having a valid license.
