State police at Stroudsburg reported investigating a two-vehicle crash at 1:47 p.m. on May 29 along Route 209, at the intersection with Hickory Valley Road, in Hamilton Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Debra L. Seese, 64, of Stroudsburg, was driving a 2011 Ford Fusion eastbound on 209 and approaching the intersection while Deborah G. Booth, 72, of Saylorsburg, driving a 1996 Honda Civic, was stopped for a stop sign on Hickory Valley Road. Booth entered the intersection into the path of Seese and a collision occurred.

Booth was injured and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono, East Stroudsburg. Seese was not injured. Both vehicles had to be towed.

Booth was cited for the crash.
