A Carbon County business is the victim of a theft.

State police at Hazleton said someone entered the property of Fimbel Ads, located at 2 Banks Ave., in Banks Township, and removed 500 pounds of aluminum scrap metal from outside a building. The theft occurred sometime between May 24 and 25.

The value of the missing metal is $300.
